DENKT SNEL. HANDELT DOORDACHT.

Ik hou van complexiteit. Niet om het ingewikkeld te maken, maar omdat ik het interessant vind om verbanden te zien die anderen missen. Wanneer iets ogenschijnlijk vastzit en ik het kan ontleden, structureren en oplossen, krijg ik energie. Dat is wie ik ben.

In mijn werk combineer ik inhoud met verantwoordelijkheid. HBO opgeleid en actief in een intellectueel uitdagende functie bij de overheid. Ik werk met focus en heb een ondernemersdrive. Als twintiger inspireerde ik al CEO’s. Niet om voorop te lopen, maar omdat ik inhoudelijk graag op niveau meedenk.

Ik ben besluitvaardig, analytisch en initiatiefrijk. Ik leg snel verbanden, denk vooruit en neem verantwoordelijkheid voor wat ik doe. Tegelijk observeer ik scherp en handel ik weloverwogen. Mijn kracht zit in die combinatie van tempo en structuur.

Techniek fascineert me. Domotica, Raspberry Pi, crypto en alles wat met ICT te maken heeft. Ik lees graag managementboeken, maar ook boeken over bijvoorbeeld de Tweede Wereldoorlog, zowel fictie als non-fictie en biografieën. Daarnaast volg ik het nieuws intensief via actualiteitenprogramma’s of nu.nl.

Maar ik ben niet alleen hoofd. Ik geniet ook van beleving. Ieder jaar bezoek ik een Formule 1 race. Ik hou van musicals en films, zowel in de bioscoop als thuis. Muziek luister ik breed, van pop tot klassiek en soms Nederlandstalig.

Reizen doe ik graag, het liefst binnen Europa. Steden als Stockholm en Barcelona spreken me aan, maar ook Reykjavik heeft mijn hart gestolen. Vorig jaar heeft Sofia mij positief verrast.

In het verleden maakte ik ook uitstappen buiten Europa, bijvoorbeeld naar Amerika voor een business course en naar Sri Lanka voor een eindstage. Kamperen is niet echt mijn stijl; een goed hotel is voor mij de ideale uitvalsbasis. Ik hou van het leven en dus ook van lekker uit eten gaan.

Daarnaast ben ik met enige regelmaat te vinden in de sauna, ongeveer één keer per maand.

Ik heb een kleine maar hechte vriendenkring en een stabiele basis. Een goede jeugd gehad. In relaties heb ik een paar korte ervaringen opgedaan. Geen kinderen en ook geen kinderwens. Dat geeft ruimte om samen echt te investeren in elkaar.

Wat mij blij maakt? Als iets complex ineens helder wordt. Als een plan klopt. Als ik intellectueel word uitgedaagd. En als een gesprek verder gaat dan de oppervlakte.

Dit past bij mij
Een ambitieuze vrouw die bewust bouwt aan haar carrière en duidelijke keuzes maakt in het leven. Intelligent, open minded en eerlijk. Vertrouwen is voor mij fundamenteel. Als dat er is, ben ik loyaal en betrokken.

Ik val op een vrouwelijke, verzorgde vrouw met uitstraling. Aandacht voor jezelf vind ik aantrekkelijk. Niet overdreven, wel stijlvol en authentiek. Ik waardeer directheid, initiatief en iemand die op niveau kan sparren. Een vrouw die ambitie heeft, stevig in haar schoenen staat en tegelijkertijd ruimte laat voor ontspanning. Respectvol en altijd de ander in zijn of haar waarde latend.

I enjoy complexity. Not to make things complicated, but because I like seeing connections that others may overlook. When something seems stuck and I can analyse it, structure it and find a solution, it gives me energy. That is who I am.

In my work I combine substance with responsibility. I have a higher professional education and work in an intellectually challenging role within government. I work with focus and have an entrepreneurial drive. In my twenties I was already inspiring CEOs. Not because I wanted to lead the room, but because I genuinely enjoy thinking along at a high level.

I am decisive, analytical and proactive. I quickly see patterns, think ahead and take responsibility for what I do. At the same time I observe carefully and act with consideration. My strength lies in that balance of speed and structure.

Technology fascinates me. Home automation, Raspberry Pi, crypto and everything related to ICT. I enjoy reading management books, but also books about the Second World War, both fiction and non fiction, as well as biographies. I also follow the news closely through current affairs programmes and platforms such as nu.nl.

But I am not only about the mind. I also enjoy experiences. Every year I attend a Formula One race. I like musicals and films, both in the cinema and at home. My taste in music is broad, from pop to classical and sometimes Dutch music as well.

I enjoy travelling, preferably within Europe. Cities such as Stockholm and Barcelona appeal to me, but Reykjavik has also captured my heart. Last year Sofia positively surprised me.

In the past I also travelled outside Europe, for example to the United States for a business course and to Sri Lanka for my final internship. Camping is not really my style. A good hotel is the ideal base for me. I enjoy life and that includes good restaurants and dining out. I also visit the sauna regularly, about once a month.

I have a small but close group of friends and a stable foundation. I had a good childhood. In relationships I have had a few shorter experiences. I have no children and no desire to have children. That gives space to truly invest in each other.

What makes me happy? When something complex suddenly becomes clear. When a plan works. When I am intellectually challenged. And when a conversation goes beyond the surface.

This is what suits me
An ambitious woman who is consciously building her career and makes clear choices in life. Intelligent, open minded and honest. Trust is fundamental to me. When it is there, I am loyal and committed.

I am attracted to a feminine, well groomed woman with presence. Taking care of yourself is attractive to me. Not excessive, but stylish and authentic. I appreciate directness, initiative and someone who can spar at a similar intellectual level. A woman who has ambition, stands firmly in life and at the same time knows how to relax.
