What data do we collect?
We collect the following data that you provide to us via a form or email:

- Communication between Quality Matchmaking International and you (we may send you service-related emails).
In addition, by using our website, you consent to our collecting the following data.
We collect information that your browser sends when you visit our Website. This logfile may contain information such as your IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website visited by you, the time and date of your visit, your location data if you share it, the time you spend on those pages and other statistics. By default, we do not collect your IP address. We can therefore not see your IP address, even if you have enabled this option. You can easily change this in your browser settings. We can therefore not identify you as a person. We will not compare the non-identifiable information with other information available to us to determine your identity.
Facebook Business Account: When you visit our website, we link a pixel to your profile. This pixel may collect data in accordance with Facebook’s privacy, cookie and user policy. This data is collected by Facebook and is not visible to us, but can be used, for example, to serve ads. Mailchimp: When you leave your name and email address on the website and subscribe to Quality Matchmaking International’s newsletter, this information is also shared with Mailchimp to send the newsletter to you.
Why do we collect these data?
We may collect this data in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) in conjunction with Recital 47 last sentence of the General Data Protection Regulation. The collection and processing of this data does not require consent in accordance with the aforementioned AVG provisions, without prejudice to the requirements and other regulations applicable. If you have a contract with us, we may also collect data in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. How do we use this information?
All information we collect we use to support and improve our Website by:
- Improving en testing the effectiveness of the website and services;
- Mapping the statistics, like the total of visitors and traffic on the website;

We may use your information to contact you with newsletters or marketing and promotional offers that may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe from these communications by clicking unsubscribe.
How is this information shared?
We will not rent or sell your (personal) data to third parties. Quality Matchmaking International has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. We use security measures to ensure that information on the Website is protected. However, Quality Matchmaking International cannot guarantee that information on the Website will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. You are at all times responsible for managing the emails between you and Quality Matchmaking International. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy or security measures of any other organisation. The use of the website and the information that is exchanged, collected and analysed there is encrypted with an SSL certificate. You can recognise this by the padlock and the green letters in the URL bar.
International transfer Collected data and statistics may be transferred and maintained by the aforementioned third parties on computers and/or servers located outside the Netherlands, where data protection laws may differ. This concerns non-identifiable data.
In accordance with the law, Quality Matchmaking International does not retain personal data longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which they were collected or processed, without prejudice to our responsibility for and obligations to maintain proper records and data policies.

Information from abroad
